Living and working in New York City today is not easy, constantly forcing us to juggle to find work-life balance amongst many other polarizing forces. Reiki offers a way of finding alignment amongst these forces pulling us in so many different directions. It assists us to be grounded and realign our mind and body to stay physically, emotionally and spiritually present.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes physical, mental and spiritual well-being. In Japanese "Rei" means universal life and "Ki" means life force energy.

Reiki is a great source of relaxation, focus, gaining clarity and reduction of stress and anxiety from challenging experiences. Ahn Hee’s goal is to help reconnect her client’s energy to link mind and body to gain balance.
